What we collect
Only what you type into the pilot request form: your work email, name, institution, role, institution type, country, and an optional description of what a pilot should prove. We do not use analytics cookies and we do not track you across sites.

What we do with it
We contact you about your request. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.

How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or two years after our last contact, whichever comes first.

Your rights
Ask us for a copy, a correction or a deletion at any time by writing to privacy@solomon.example. This site is separate from any Solomon deployment: customer data processed inside a deployment never reaches us.
